Prawn Olio OglioCooking time: 15min
Ingredients:
150g of prawns
1 serving of pasta
2 clove garlic, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1. Bring pasta to boil.
2. Heat pan and wait till it gets warm. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into the pan.
3. Cook prawns, add salt and pepper to taste. Take prawns out of the pan.
4. Take out your pasta of the pot, and put it aside.
5. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil, add garlic and toss in desired amount of chilli flakes. Leave it for about 20sec, or till when garlic turns slight brown.
6. Take your pan out of the heat, then toss your pasta and prawns in. Mix it up, add salt and pepper to taste.
Tips:
If you're lazy to cut garlic or don't have any in hand, you might like to buy garlic powder/garlic salt and sprinkle desired amount into the pasta instead. It wouldn't taste as great but at least you don't have to cut or clean.

The Undomestic Foodie

The Undomestic Foodie was born because I realized there were not many helpful blogs out there that were useful for students living or studying abroad for the first time. Eating out can be an expensive affair, so TUF is here to guide you on how you can fully utilize your student budget to create decent tasting meals for a fraction of the price. Bear in mind that this is not your typical gourmet food blog where you expected to learn how to cook fancy dishes with expensive ingredients, so please be nice and just pick up pointers where you deem is helpful! :)
